Proceedings volume of School-Seminar on Optimization Problems and Their Applications (OPTA-SCL) will be submitted for publication in CEUR-WS series (peer reviewed, indexed in Scopus).
All proceedings papers must be prepared by Springer rules for the Communications in Computer and Information Science:

The following two options are acceptable for proceedings papers:
- Regular paper, 10–15 pages (the Publisher recommendation is 12-15 pages);
- Short communication, 6–8 pages.
The proceedings papers should present new unpublished results. Papers must not be submitted concurrently to another conference or journal. Decisions on acceptance of papers to the proceedings will be made by the Program Committee on the basis of evaluations of reviewers.
